The Jets continued their winning ways with a 11-0 victory over the Saskatoon Cubs.

Zach Newman started on the mound and was in control the entire way going 7 innings allowing 5 hits with 5 K’s and 0 BB’s to earn the Booster Juice player of the game.

Offensively, the Jets were led by Liam Vulcano who was 2 for 3 with a triple and an RBI.  Owen Harms was 2 for 3 with an RBI.  Cooper Jones was 3 for 4 with 2 RBI’s.  Jared Binsfeld was 1 for 3 with an RBI.  Brett Mercier was 1 for 4 with 2 RBI’s.  Matt Gough was 1 for 1 with a double and Ty Penner rounded out the offence going 1 for 2 with an RBI.

The Jets now take on the Saskatoon Hoppers at 9 am and the Okotoks Dawgs at 12 noon.
