The Jets and North Shore Twins ended up tied 3-3 in a back and forth game. The Jets ended up safety squeezing in the bottom of the 6th to tie the game at 3.
Thomas Little started on the mound going 3 2/3 innings allowing 5 hits, 3 runs, 1 earned run with 4 BB’s and 2 K’s. Evan O’Toole was very good in relief going 3 1/3 inning allowing 0 hits, 0 runs with 1 BB and 1 K.
Offensively, the Jets were led by John Vulcano who was 1 for 4 with a double. Max Grant was 1 for 4. Shayne Campbell was 1 for 4 with a double. Josh Malainey was 2 for 3 and Logan Domanski was 2 for 3 with 2 RBI’s.
The tie allows the Jets to finish 1st in their pool and will now match up with the Langley Blaze at 11:30 am in the semi final.
