The Jets opened the Haven Tournament with a 7-0 victory over the Lethbridge Elks.

Josh Burgmann started on the mound going 5 innings allowing 1 hit with 6 K’s and 0 BB’s.  Brody Burnett threw well in relief going 2 innings allowing 1 hit with 1 K.

Offensively, the Jets were led by Nolan Rattai who was 2 for 3 with 2 runs scored.  Nolan Bumstead was 1 for 2 with an RBI.  Treyton Grant was 1 for 3.  Brett Harrison was 1 for 3 with a double and an RBI.  Tyler Scott was 1 for 3.  Chris Thomas was 1 for 3 with a double with an RBI.  Jay Oram rounded out the offense going 1 for 3 with an RBI.

Next action for the Jets is Friday night at 7 pm vs Spruce Grove Sox.
