Greg Morrison

Retired in 2006 from 12 seasons as a professional baseball player, Greg has
played in both the Los Angeles Dodgers and Toronto Blue Jays organizations.
In 2005, he reached career milestones 1000 hits and 100 homeruns as a
professional. Accomplishing the Triple Crown in 1997 he set, and currently
remains the Pioneer League Home Run record holder.

He played for both the Jr. and Sr. Canadian National Team a combined 7 times
including the bronze medal Cinderella Story team of the 1999 Pan-Am Games.
In 2000, as part of Team Canada at the World Cup Qualifier in Panama he led
the tournament in RBI, and earned himself a spot on the All-World team.

Greg uses his experience as an athlete to compliment his present career in
sport performance and injury rehabilitation. By combining quality of
movement with manual therapy, Greg aims to keep his athletes performing at
their best. He is the owner of Morrison Health – Injury & Sport Therapy
which operates in Medicine Hat, AB, CAN.

Greg’s very excited to be working with VAB describing the program as not
only one of the top high school baseball academies in Canada but
Internationally. “The coaches and players are not only passionate about the
game of baseball, but very talented. This combination has put Vauxhall and
Canada on the map in respected baseball circles. I’m privileged to be a part
of this organization.”
