4 Jets sign with college baseball programs!

Vauxhall, AB – 

The Vauxhall Academy is proud to announce 4 Jets have committed to US schools on scholarship for the 2015-2016 season.  All 4 players will finish up their spring in Vauxhall and will join their respective college programs in the fall of 2016.  We are very proud of all of these young men and look forward to sharing additional college commitments soon.

The following is a list of Jets who signed:

RHP – Josh Burgmann – Nanaimo, BC  – has accepted an NCAA Division 1 athletic scholarship to attend University of Washington Huskies in Seattle, WA.  The Huskies play in one of the top baseball conferences in the US the Pacific 12 Conference.  For more details on the University of Washington: http://www.gohuskies.com/SportSelect.dbml?SPID=126625

RHP – Carsen Perkins – Bienfait, SK  – has accepted an NCAA Division 1 athletic scholarship to attend Canisius College Golden Griffs in Buffalo, NY.  The Golden Griffs play in the MAAC Conference and are the defending Conference Champions.  For more details on Canisius College: http://www.gogriffs.com/SportSelect.dbml?SPID=12013

LHP – Brandon Hatley  – Morden, MB – has accepted an NJCAA Division 1 athletic scholarship to attend Midland College Chaps in Midland, TX.  The Chaps play in the Western Junior College Athletic Conference which is home to some of the top junior college baseball programs in Texas.  For more details on Midland College: http://www.gochaps.com/baseball/index.php

OF – Brett Resch  – Saskatoon, SK – has accepted an NJCAA Division 1 athletic scholarship to attend College of Southern Idaho Golden Eagles in Twin Falls, Idaho.  The Golden Eagles play in one of the top junior college conferences the Scenic West Conference.  For more details on CSI: http://athletics.csi.edu/index.aspx?path=baseball
